Rhymestaff

Description: This cursed magical staff appears to be a Staff of the
Magi under detection, but in order for it’s powers to be used, the wielder
must come up with a rhyme. The desired effect must be the last words
of the rhyme, the rhyme must be relevant to the effect of the spell,
and there must be at least as many lines as the spell has levels. For
example, to cast Lightening Bolt:
"My foe does lots of damage take,
I smite him with a frightening jolt,
With this mighty staff I make,
A streaking lightning bolt"
A new rhyme must be made up each time a power is used (even if the power
had been used before). It can be used by Wizards, Bards, and Bladesingers.
