Process to Calculate a character’s height and weight

Find the average height for the Race of the character on Table A

Roll Tricentle Dice (d1000) on Table B to determine the characters frame.

Adjust the characters Strength and Dexterity if applicable.

If an adjustment is called for roll the adjustment percentage (i.e. 1d4 = 1%-4% or 0.01 to 0.04) and multiply this by the height in inches for the characters final height.  Note a negative percentage is simply subtracted from 100% and then multiplied (i.e.  – 3% or  – 0.03  =  0.97 multiplier)

Take the final height and consult Table C to get the characters base weight.  Note if the character is a Dwarf add 24" to their height for purpose of getting their base weight.

Take this base weight and multiple it by the characters race adjustment to get the characters adjusted weight.

Roll Tricentle Dice (d1000) on Table D to determine the characters build.

Adjust the characters Strength and Dexterity if applicable.

If an adjustment is called for roll the adjustment percentage (i.e. 1d8 = 1%-8% or 0.01 to 0.08) and note this number.

Check the characters Strength (including adjustments made from Frame and Build) on Table F and add the percentage (if any) to the number retained from step 8.  This is the characters full weight adjustment.

Take the characters full weight adjustment and multiple this by their adjusted weight to obtain the characters final weight.
