From Raven AJS:
In this corner weighting in at a CR
of 20
--Tarrasque with Damage reduction (25/+5) and the regeneration
(40 per round).
Attacking w/ Bite 4d8+17, 2 horns @ 1d10+8 each, 2 claws @
1d12+8, tail slap 3d8+8
In this corner weighing in @ a CR of 18
--Mithril Golem with Damage reduction (60/+4)
Attacking with Fist 6d10+20 and Stomp 4d20+20
So lets say each creature is doing max damage, just to make
things go quickly
Tarrasque:
Bite(49)+Horns(18,18)+Claws(20,20)+Tail Sweep(32)
Mithril Golem:
Fist(80)+Stomp(100)
So each round Tarrasque is doing
(49-60)+(18-60)x2+(20-60)x2+(32-60) = 0 (-203)
to the Mithril Golem
and the Mithril Golem is doing
(80-25)-40 = 15, (cause he can't stomp)
to Tarraque
Eventually the Mithril Golem 'wins', but thats after along
time. Tarrasque has a max of 1056 HP so in 71 rounds down
goes Tarrasque to -9 HP but he won't die unless the Mithril
Golem hits him a couple more times and some casting gets done..
Thus neither would really win, they'd just have one heck of
a fight.

From Bitterlemming:
This
could be our version of the "Enterprise vs Death Star" debate,
but I'll take a shot at it.
It depends on how you adjudicate the tarrasque's claws. Oh,
are we talking about the gargantuan mithral golem from Sword
and Sorcery studios? The one with the 4d20+20 damage stomp
attack? The one used to fight a titan in that world?
I dunno, my odds are kind of on the golem due to sheer size.
And we could add Kaiju into this debate, now that there are
stats that go higher than the tarrasque's...
And:
Okay,
aside from comments about "little buddy" I figure the golem
has the better odds.
The only drawback is: the golem can't cast the requisite wish
to kill the thing. I think the golem would have to chuck the
snarling beastie into a live volcano or drown it in the ocean...
Is the Tarrasque immune to drowning?
I think the golem would have many, many torn patches of metal
and claw marks, but the tail slap is the actual nasty damage-causer.
Of course, it sucks to be the tarrasque because the little
guy would be a chalk-outlined crater from all the stomp attacks.
I think the Great Wyrm Red Dragon might have a better chance
against the mithral golem. (Of course, the golem hasn't moved
in how long? according to the book.)
Of course, we could amuse ourselves by throwing a template
on the tarrasque...
What Skipper does with Gilligan when I ain't lookin is none
of my business and I don't want to know.
Leprophet:
One little thing, the Tarrasque bypass the damage
reduction of the Mithril Golem.
On page 74 of the DMG, under the Damage Reduction section
it is said...: "For purposes of harming other creatures with
damage reduction, a creature's natural weapons count as weapons
of the type that can ignore its own innate damage reduction."
So, the Mithril Golem's DR is 60/+4 & the Tarasque DR is 25/+5.
That means that the Tarasque isn't affected by the Golem's
DR & is inflicting full damage. On the other hand, the Golem
has to substract the Tarasque DR(25) on his own attack.
So, in conclusion... my $2 goes on the Tarasque, to win.
From Osiris23:
Actually
the Golem cant hurt the Tarrasque cuz his Damage Reduction
is 60/+4. He would need to have a +5 Damage Reduction to harm
the Tarrasque.
The Tarrasque however does full damage to the Golem since
his DR is superior to that of the Golem...ouch!
Also check the rate of the Tarrasque's regeneration or fast
healing (I cant remember which). I beleive it's a fairly high
double digit number....
Bye Bye Golem......
And:
I dont think the Golem has an intelligence score....so technically
he would probably loose.
But the Tarrasque might forfeit by eating the board.
From Thrandorian:
I think my Gnome with his +5 Tarrasque killing knife that
prevents monster heal and his "Melfs Magnetic Pulse of
the Earth" spell could do the trick.
